Owie!

So Marlie scraped her knee up several weeks ago. She kept scraping it up again and again. For some reason she is always looking at it in the car and so we talk about it while we drive (probably because she is strapped in and has nothing else to do... and we do spend a lot of time in the car these days). So I would explain that her owie would get better and heal. One day I threw in that Jesus helps our wounds to heal and he knows what our pains feel like. That was a couple weeks ago. Today she is looking at her healed knee and says "ow" and points to scar. I say "yes, it's all gone! It's all healed". She simply does the sign for Jesus with this huge smile on her face (She has the biggest 'excited' smile!) It brought a tear to my eyes. This girl has such a love for her Savior!!!
